PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Pediatric Occupational Therapy helps children develop the skills they need to do the things that are important to them. Childhood occupations include playing, learning, following daily routines, and connecting with others. Some children are limited by:

  • Developmental delay

  • Poor coordination

  • Difficulty with transitions

  • Frequent meltdowns

  • Inflexibility with new ideas

  • Challenging behaviors

  • Communication delays

Occupational therapy practitioners are trained in breaking down the "big picture" to identify specific barriers and target those skills.

With Sensories, therapy is family-centered, offered in your environment, and embedded into your routines. Our goal is to support your child through empowering you - the expert on your child.
